Recently, China plastics machinery industry association released the first three quarters of 2017 China plastic machinery industry overview.In September, according to data from 2017-1, plastic machinery manufacturing enterprises above designated size in our country has 401, main business revenue and profit in the third quarter industry monthly decline, which advocate business wu income fell 33% year on year in September, fell by 29%;Total profits were up 5 per cent year on year and 6 per cent from the previous month.Exports continued to grow, with exports up 38 per cent year-on-year in September and 2 per cent quarter-on-quarter. 

The import and export trade surplus is about $300 million

In terms of import and export, China’s plastic machine trade surplus is about $300 million in September 2017. 

Imported 16667 sets of plastic machinery, imports account for about $1.3 billion, imports fell 29% year on year, up 26% from a year earlier, but the amount of import average unit price from about $40000 over the same period last year growth to about $80000. 

Export plastic machinery 511013, export amount of about $1.6 billion, the number of exports increased by 19 per cent year on year, the amount increased by 11 per cent year on year, and the average unit price of exports was us $0.30 million. 

Among them, injection molding machine, extrusion machine, blow molding machine, blow molding machines and rolling forming machine of exports of 46863 units, accounting for 9% of total exports, the export value of nearly $1.4 billion, accounts for about 86% of the total amount of export and export average unit price $30000 / sets. 

Injection molding machine imported the fastest growth rate

According to the trade product subdivision, China imported the injection molding machine 5448, the amount of usd 569 million in September 2017, the year-on-year increase of 42% and 43% respectively.The number of imported extruders was 769, up 19 per cent year on year, and the amount was about $246 million, down 4 per cent year on year.Imports of blow molding machine 205, the amount is about $123 million, year-on-year growth of 23%, 17%. 

The export volume of extruder was the fastest

Injection molding machine exports 20048, down 2% year on year, amounting to about $836 million, up 14% year on year.The number of extruders exported 12260 units, down 69 per cent from the same period last year, about 294 million us dollars, unchanged from the previous year.The export of the blow molding machine was 11,486, with an amount of $155 million, up by 84% and 14% respectively.Plastic hollow moulding machine exports 1,043 units, amounting to us $38.21 million, up 7% year-on-year and 8% respectively.The plastic calendering machine exports 1,240 units, a total of us $24.88 million, a year-on-year increase of 42% and 27% respectively. 

Asia is still the main source of imports for the plastic machine

Source of imports, September 1, 2017-13317 sets of molding machine imported from Asia, the amount is about $765 million, accounted for 79.93%, 58.75%, of imports of machine which imported from Japan quantity and amount for year-on-year growth of 44.69%, 44.69% respectively;Imports from South Korea were down 13.26 per cent from a year earlier, but the figure was 25.99 per cent year-on-year. 

Swiss imports grew by 179.95%

Imported from Europe 1892, the amount is about $461 million, the amount of imports and the amount of imports accounted for 11.36% and 35.41% respectively, among which the quantity and amount of imports from Germany increased by 20.73% and 5.97% respectively.Imports from Italy rose 49.09 per cent from a year earlier, down 5.73 per cent.Imports from Austria and Switzerland increased by 27.67 percent year-on-year to 179.95 percent. 

The number of plastic machines exported to the United States has surged 83.55 percent
