The chiller is divided into low temperature chiller and normal temperature chiller in temperature control, and the normal temperature is generally controlled at 0 to 35 degree. The temperature control of the cryostat is generally between 0 degree to minus 45 degree.

Add a certain amount of water into the water tank in the machine, cool the water through the chiller refrigeration system, and then send the low-temperature cooling water to the equipment to be cooled by the water pump. The chilled water of the chiller takes the heat away and then the temperature rises and then flows back to the water tank. , to achieve the effect of cooling.

In the chiller refrigerant recirculation system, the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat in the water and begins to evaporate. A certain temperature difference is formed between the final refrigerant and the water, and the liquid refrigerant is completely evaporated to a gaseous state and then sucked by the compressor. Compressed, the gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser, condenses into a liquid, and is throttled by the thermal expansion valve to become a low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant to enter the evaporator, completing the refrigerant re-circulation process.
