Waste PP PE hard plastic pelletizing production line mainly consists of Spiral loader, Hopper Feeder, Single Screw Extruder, Degassing, Hydraulic Screen Changer, Die Mould, Water ring Pelletizing or Spaghetti Pelletizing, Centrifugal Dewatering or Cooling Water Tank, Silo, and Electric Control Panel.
The whole production line has the characteristics of automation, high efficiency and low energy consumption from feeding to output. Meanwhile, according to the actual requirements of customers, customer can realize one machine multifunctional for both regrind plastic and squeezed/agglomerated materials pelletizing. For example, our SJ series plastic pelletizing machine can process PP PE regrind plastics, crushed ABS, PS, PC and Agglomerated/ Squeezed materials.
Besides, regards high MFI plastic materials, such as PP non woven, PP injection wastes and BOPP film, etc, our company designed new type advanced Vertical Water Ring Pelletizing System to replace strand pelletizing, in this way to realize continuous running without stop when changing filter screen. This plastic granulation production line can also save factory space occupation for customers.
